Navalia 2026: Presenting our capabilities and projects

From May 19 to 21, 2026, the Troyan Drones team participated in the tenth edition of Navalia, the International Shipbuilding Exhibition of Vigo, one of the most important events in the sector worldwide. Held at the Instituto Ferial de Vigo (IFEVI), the event became the epicenter of marine innovation, bringing together global leaders from the maritime and technological industries.

During the three days of the exhibition, we had the opportunity to have our own stand in the Innovation Zone, an initiative funded by the Consorcio Zona Franca de Vigo and the Association of Naval and Oceanic Engineers of Spain (AINE). We would like to express our most sincere gratitude to both institutions for their strategic support in boosting the visibility of technology-based companies like ours.

In our exhibition space, we were able to showcase firsthand the potential of our capabilities and cutting-edge projects in autonomous maritime platforms. We presented our technologies in underwater and surface vehicles (AUV/UUV and USV), advanced optronic systems, and our consolidated intelligent navigation solutions specifically designed to operate in GNSS-denied environments.

Additionally, our CEO Carlos de Troya Fernández gave the presentation “Marine Robotics and Onboard AI,” a forum where we shared our strategic vision on the future of maritime autonomy and the integration of onboard artificial intelligence algorithms to optimize safety and efficiency at sea.

This participation in Vigo provided us with exceptional media visibility. We appreciate the news coverage and interest received from major media corporations such as La Voz de Galicia, Radiotelevisión Española (RTVE) and Radio Nacional de España (RNE), key platforms that have helped us broadcast all the engineering and technological innovation we are proudly developing from Galicia.
